Q: Can you decorate/setup for me?

We are happy to assist with turning on candles, moving a sign from the ceremony to reception, or moving a floral piece from the ceremony site to the reception. All other setup, including centerpieces, gift/card table, guestbook, ceremony décor, etc are your responsibility.

Q: Does my ceremony have to be at 4pm?

Yes, all ceremonies begin at 4pm. The option to purchase extra time is available.

Q: Do you allow candles?

Battery powered candles are welcome. We do not allow lit candles or open flames.

Q: Can I rent the side room?

Yes, you are able to rent the side room at the coast of $195 for 5 hours. The side room is great for bridal showers, rehearsal dinners, and farewell brunches.

Q: Is there an additional charge for the Bridal Suite?

If you have purchased the Ceremony Site at The Willow, access to the Bridal Suite begins at 10am. If you need to access the Bridal Suite earlier, access may begin at 8am at $75 per hour up until 10am. If your ceremony is taking place offsite, the Bridal Suite is available at the cost of $375 with access beginning at 10am. Access to the Bridal Suite concludes at 9pm.

Q: Do you require a security deposit?

You are responsible to pay a security deposit of $500.00 no less than thirty (30) days prior to your event. You will be refunded this deposit ten (10) business days after your event unless damage is sustained, additional cleanup is required or the event runs over the allotted time.
