Our Story

Across the rolling hills of Pennsylvania sits a little slice of Heaven.

Owned and operated by long time owners of a successful catering company Flair of Country Catering, Corey & Mindi Crocco spared no expense in creating this multi-functional wedding and event venue. As established owners, The Willow was created for couples and guests to use as their blank canvas, but also checks off all the boxes.

Corey & Mindi Crocco,
Owners & Dreamers

Hi – we’re Corey and Mindi Crocco, the dreamers behind The Willow. As the owners of an established and successful catering company, we have seen what works and what is lacking in many of the area’s event venues. It only made sense that our next big step was to build an event space that checks off all of the boxes. Our goal with The Willow was to create a beautiful, yet functional space that our clients can use as a blank canvas to transform into the venue of their dreams. We hope that you adore this space as much as we do. We can’t wait to meet you at The Willow!

Kirstyn Vitovich

Hi there! My name is Kirstyn Vitovich. I am the Director of Catering here at The Willow. I am very excited for this opportunity and to be apart of this amazing team that Corey and Mindi have created. It’s thrilling to move back to my hometown, closer to family and friends where I’m able to have my dream job! Here are some fun facts about me:
  • I went to The Culinary Institute of America in New York. I have a Degree in Advance Baking and Pastry and my Bachelor’s in Business Administration and Hospitality
  • For the past 7 years, I lived in New York and New Hampshire working for College Dining Services and running their Catering Departments
  • When I’m not working, my hobbies include spending time with my family and friends, making my way to different mountains to ski, and going to concerts
I am so excited to be back home and to be working with Morgan on making your wedding and events spectacular!

Morgan Thompson

Over 10 years ago, I coordinated my very first wedding. With very little knowledge of wedding planning and a lot of nerves, I did my best to make the day perfect for this lovely couple (shout out to Erica & Jimmy!). By the end of the night, I knew this was something that I wanted to pursue indefinitely. My passion for planning weddings is something that I take great pride in. With over 75 weddings under my belt and countless venues, it’s a dream come true for me to be coordinating weddings and events at The Willow. Each time I walk into the venue, I pinch myself back into reality that this is where I get to work each day. I love meeting each couple, hearing your stories, and making lifelong relationships. My main goal is to make your day as stress free as possible by paying attention to each small detail, following an in-depth timeline that we create together, and most importantly…celebrating your love! I can’t wait to meet you at The Willow!

James Sikora

Hello! My name is James Sikora and I am the Head Chef here at The Willow! I have been a member of the FOC family now for three years. I am very excited to share with you all of the amazing dishes that Corey and I have come up with. The caprese stuffed chicken is especially delicious and my personal favorite.
I am originally from Detroit, Michigan and then moved to the Pittsburgh area to attend Pennsylvania Culinary Institute – Le Cordon Bleu Program. I graduated with my degree in 2004. I have been in the Food Service Industry for nearly 20 years now.
I have been married for 14 years to my wonderful wife, Jessie, and our four terrific children, Xavier, Mara, Aryanna, and baby Finley.
When I’m not in the kitchen, some of my hobbies include watching movies, reading, and playing games (both video and board games) with my kids.
I can’t wait to see you at The Willow!
